Our reservation policy is very simple. Upon receipt of your booking deposit, you will receive a confirmed reservation and a price lock based on the package you choose.

You must follow our payment schedule to maintain confirmed status. Guests who book now for 2009 hunts are protected against seasonal increase. If we should find that we have to increase pricing due to rising supplier cost, you will have 10 days from time of notice to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. Price are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation by the guest before the 1st of July (for any reason) will have a 30% administration fee, of the value of the package. After the 1st of July, no reimbursement will be made, since most of the hard costs have already been spent to organize your trip. Replacements are accepted at no additional cost.
