Our reservation policy is very simple. Upon receipt of your booking deposit, you will receive a confirmed reservation and a price lock based on the package you choose.

You must follow our payment schedule to maintain confirmed status. Guests who book now for 2008 hunts are protected against seasonal increase . If we should find that we have to increase pricing due to rising supplier cost, you will have 10 days from time of notice to cancel your booking and receive a full refund . Price are subject to change without notice.

For future hunts (2009 - 2010) we also offer a payment plan to spread the cost over several months (call the office for further details).

We are available anytime over the phone to answer all the questions that you have on any of the topic concerning your adventure planing.
